Good Evening, I am in the process of researching different options for a service website. The owner of the site would like to have a calendar that shows the number of seats available for his presentation. Ideally this would be linked to the customer paying for the seat through, paypal, foursquare, or other options. Would your service be able to do this? Thank you for your time.

      Hi Lisette,

The way to customize your Email templates is a bit tricky but we will change it soon. For the time being, in order to customize a template, click “Add template” at the bottom of the templates list. Then you will ba able to select a template to start your customization. For the best result, we recommend you edit the template using HTML. If you need to use variables from the system (ex: payment information, reservation details, etc.), check our list of keywords

If you need help for the customization or more information, feel free to contact us here

Brilliant. Is there anyway of incorporating that fix on the backend as well?

Sorry that iframe embedded code in plain text is as follows:
    [iframe src=”https://www.webreserv.com/services/bookonline.do?businessid=brucesflatsau&embedded=y&search=y&list=n&background-color=DBBF8F&color=000000&border-color=6F6FFF” marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ width=”800″ height=”900″ frameborder=”0″>Make Reservation[/iframe]

You need to include the dateformat code in the src=”” line, i.e. it needs to look like this:

      iframe src=”https://www.webreserv.com/services/bookonline.do?businessid=brucesflatsau&embedded=y&search=y&list=n&background-color=DBBF8F&color=000000&border-color=6F6FFF&dateformat=en_AU” marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ width=”800″ height=”900″ frameborder=”0″

When you state, “The WebReserv booking system automatically picks the date, time and number format based the locale selected in the browser.”

    – which “browser” are you referring to? The locale in my setup of webreserve was set to Australia.

Also I tried to fix via – the override.via

https://www.webreserv.com/services/bookonline.do?businessid=brucesflatsau&list=n&dateformat=en_AU – which works fine. But not when it is embedded via {WEBRESERRVE}…

Here is my amended {WEBRESERVE} content –

    What am I missing?

    G’day from down under Australia.
We like your system but were wondering if there was a way to format the dates according to Au style of day/month/year – instead of the current month/day/year.

    Thanks in advance.

      G’day John,

The WebReserv booking system automatically picks the date, time and number format based the locale selected in the browser.

You can override the automatic date/time/number selection to use Australian format by adding the following command to the booking calendar:

      dateformat=en_AU

Here’s an example of the booking calendar URL with the dateformat parameter embedded:

      http://www.webreserv.com/services/bookonline.do?businessid=DCSA&list=n&dateformat=en_AU

You can find more information about parameters in our online help file at http://www.webreserv.com/help

The custom fields I created are no longer showing as an option in the reservation report! I relied on these fields in our daily reports. There is no way to turn them back on when I edit the custom fields either. What am I missing???

      Hello SC,

There was a technical problem yesterday that affected the custom fields for certain customers. It was corrected last night at 11:30 PM Eastern. Please contact our system if you still have issues with the custom fields.

      Sincerely,

I need a booking program to use where people can go to look and see if my RV is available or booked. What is your price for your service. Also I don’t have a website but need a place were potential clients can go online to see availability. Do you provide that service.

    Thanks
